  2. ἁγίου, εἰς φιλαδελφία[ν...εἰ]ς ἰσχυρὰν [ἀγ]αλλίασιν, εἰς νῆψιν
  3. καὶ σωφροσύνην, εἰ[ς ἐνδυνάμ]ωσιν [...] ἡμῶν, εἰς φάρμακον*
  4. ἀθανασίας, ἀντίδοτον ζωῆς ὑπὲρ τοῦ μὴ ἄπαντα ἀποθανεῖν, ἀλλὰ ζῆν ἐν σοὶ
  5. διὰ τοῦ ἠγαπημένου σου παιδός. ὀ πρεσβ(ύτερο)ς λέγ(ει)· Εἰρήνη πᾶσι.
  6. ὀ διάκ(ονο)ς λέγ(ει)· Ὡς στήκετε, τὰς κεφαλὰς ὑμῶν τῷ κυρίῳ κλίνατε. ο πρεσ(βύτερο)ς λέγ(ει)·*
  7. Ἅγιε, ὁ ἐν ἁγίοις ἀναπαυόμενος, ὕψιστε, ὁ ἐν ὑψηλοῖς κατοικῶν*
  8. καὶ τὰ ταπεινὰ ἐφορῶν, σοὶ ἔκλινεν, σὲ ἐπέταζεν, ὁ λαός σου
  9. καὶ ἡ κληρονομία σου τὸν αὐχένα τῆς καρδίας καὶ τοῦ σώματος. κλῖνον τὸ οὗς σου
  10. καὶ ἐπάκουσον τῆς προσευχῆς τῶν δούλων σου. ἔκτεινον τὴν χεῖρα σου
  11. τὴν ἀόρατον καὶ εὐλογημένην καὶ εὐλόγησον τοὺς δούλους σου καὶ τας
  12. δούλας σου· σκέπασον, φρούρησον ταῖς ἀγγελικαῖς σου δυνάμεσι, ἀσφάλισαι αὐτοὺς

  9. and the inheritance of you the neck/throat of the heart and of the body. Incline the ear of you

  11. the invisible one, and being blessed and bless the male slaves of you and the
  12. female slaves of you. Protect, guard the angels(?) of you with power, secure them

Incline your ear and answer the prayer of your slaves. Stretch out your invisible hand, and being blessed and bless your male slaves and your female slaves.
